Turning off cookies

TendenZ BV currently uses Google Analytics to track, among other things, how visitors ended up on the site. We do not receive IP addresses or other personal data. To receive blogs in your mailbox, only the email address you provided will be saved. If you request a quotation or you become a TendenZ BV customer, your name and contact details will be stored. The Chamber of Commerce number will be checked for business customers.
The collected data will only be used to answer questions or to send documents. You will only receive the newsletter if you have explicitly registered for it. You will only receive a blog post by e-mail if you have provided your e-mail address for this. If you unsubscribe from the newsletter or receiving the blog posts, the data will be removed from our database.
Personal data are not made public or provided to third parties. For the newsletter we use Act!, meaning that your name and e-mail address will be known during the registration. To send blogs by mail, we use Act!, meaning your e-mail address will be stored there. Personal data will only be transferred to another organization when this is necessary due to a reorganization, of any kind, of TendenZ BV.
Right of access, rectification and erasure
You have the right to request access, rectification and erasure of your data. However, we do not process personal data by means of the placed cookies. We have no influence on the use of the cookies by social media channels. The data we obtain through Google Analytics cannot be traced back to individuals. Duration of storage
Your data will be kept for as long as necessary to provide our services. After a request for erasure TendenZ has 30 days to delete your data. You will then be informed about the erasure of the data. In complex cases we can use a period of 60 days. You will however be informed of the postponement within 30 days.
